RedZone Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use ChatBid (“the App”), a Discord App developed and managed by RedZone Digital. ChatBid enables Shopify store owners to run auctions directly within their Discord communities. RedZone Digital also licenses Super Streaming’s Live Auction Shopify App to manage storefront product listings and fulfillment logistics. All messages and bidding functionality occur within Discord.
By using ChatBid, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Definitions
• ChatBid: The Discord App that allows Shopify-based auction bidding within Discord.
• RedZone Digital: Developer and operator of ChatBid.
• Super Streaming: Third-party Shopify app provider licensed by RedZone Digital.
• You or User: The individual or entity using ChatBid.
• Shopify Store Owner: A Discord server owner connecting their Shopify store.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
• Discord User ID, Username, and Avatar (when users interact with ChatBid)
• Shopify Store ID and Token (for authentication and syncing)
• Auction Data (items, bids, timestamps)
• Usage Logs (for security, troubleshooting, and analytics)
We do not collect or store payment information. All checkout and fulfillment is handled directly by Shopify.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
• Authenticate users
• Enable and manage auctions
• Synchronize auction inventory and updates from Shopify
• Display bid history and leaderboard information in Discord
• Monitor usage and detect abuse
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your data with:
• Shopify: For inventory sync and order processing
• Discord: For message delivery and app commands
• Super Streaming: To fulfill auction listings via licensed technology

All shared data is limited to the minimum required for functionality.

We retain auction and usage data for up to 12 months to support dispute resolution, analytics, and product improvement. Store connection data is retained for as long as the store remains connected.

We take commercially reasonable steps to secure your information. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use encryption, token-based authentication, and Discord OAuth2 for identity verification.
