With a background leading marketing and product strategy at Microsoft, Tipico, and EBET, Michael specializes in customer loyalty, social commerce, and digital engagement. At Redzone Digital, he’s focused on scaling revenue models, optimizing customer journeys, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

Ashikur Rahman
Head Developer
Ashik brings over seven years of hands-on experience in game development, augmented reality, and interactive media to the Red Zone team. A true builder at heart, he’s spent his career pushing the boundaries of immersive tech. As Chief Operating Officer and Senior Programmer at Ghost Interactive, Ashik has led cross-functional teams to create compelling digital experiences, blending vision with execution across both creative and technical domains.
Before that, he co-founded Electronic Brain, where he helped launch innovative AR and gaming products. Ashik also contributed to rapid development cycles at Playense and has maintained a self-employed practice as an AR specialist since 2020. With a strong foundation in full-stack game programming and a relentless drive for interactivity, Ashik ensures every Redzone activation, experience, and engagement is more than just visual—it’s unforgettable.

Wade brings 15+ years of brand, loyalty, and growth marketing expertise from top-tier organizations like Merkle and T-Mobile. At Merkle, he led loyalty strategy and insights for powerhouse brands like Starbucks and major consumer electronics clients—driving measurable growth through strategic promotions, retention campaigns, and cross-channel engagement. Prior to that, Wade spent over five years at T-Mobile launching high-impact acquisition programs and national brand initiatives including the award-winning JUMP! On Demand.
With roots in gaming, ecommerce, and community building, Wade’s passion lies in blending data, creativity, and fan behavior to build experiences that turn customers into loyal superfans.

Previously the lead designer at EBET, Matt was instrumental in building digital-first brand systems in gaming and sports. He’s also a former agency co-founder, a seasoned illustrator, and a creative director who knows how to guide teams and spark innovation.
